In October 2013, the 1971 Fund Administrative Council decided that the 1971 Fund had no legal obligation to reimburse the Gard Club any amounts paid as a consequence of the judgement by the Supreme Court of Venezuela, as already decided by the 1971 Fund Administrative Council in respect of the Nissos Amorgos incident.
