In March 2005 the 1992 Fund Assembly authorised the Director to reach an agreement with the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on an extension of the scope of the current Agreement and License to Occupy and Underlease relating to the Funds’ occupancy in the IMO building to cover also the activities of the Supplementary Fund.
