At its October 2015 session, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to establish a Consultation Group of a limited number of Member States to work with the Director and the International Group to examine the issues which needed to be resolved in respect of interim payments and to make recommendations to the governing bodies at their October 2016 sessions.
