At its April 2015 session, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided that the 1992 Fund should publish the Guidelines for presenting claims for clean up and preventive measures, as contained in the Annex to document IOPC/APR15/4/1. It was noted that the document would be published as part of the existing Claims Information Pack.
