In October 2014, the 1992 Fund Assembly noted the decision on the winding up of the 1971 Fund taken by the 1971 Fund Administrative Council.  They took note of the information that had been provided by the Director and decided that from 1 January 2015, the 1992 Fund Secretariat would no longer administer the 1971 Fund and that the Director of the 1992 Fund would cease to be, ex officio, Director of the 1971 Fund.
