In October 2012 the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to levy 2012 contributions to the General Fund of £15 million, with £5 million payable by 1 March 2013 and £10 million to be deferred. The Director was authorised to invoice all or part of the deferred levy set out above for payment during the second half of 2013, if and to the extent required but subject to a decision by the 1992 Fund Executive Committee authorising the Director to make payments in respect of Redfferm, JS Amazing and Alfa I incidents.
