In October 2011 the 1992 Fund Assembly appointed Sir Michael Wood (United Kingdom), Ms Odile Roussel (France) and Mr Tetsuto Igarashi (Japan) as members of the Appeals Board, to hold office until the 18th session of the Assembly.  The Assembly further appointed Mr Adonis Pavlides (Cyprus), Ms Anne-Marie Sciberras (Malta) and Mr Francisco Noel R Fernandez III (Philippines) to serve as substitute members of the Appeals Board, to hold office until the 18th session of the Assembly.
