In March 2011, the Supplementary Fund Assembly endorsed the decision of the 1992 Fund Administrative Council in respect of the template for the Director’s contract.  In a private meeting held pursuant to Rule 12 of the Rules of Procedure attended only by representatives of Member States of the 1992 Fund and former Member States of the 1971 Fund, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to make changes to the template of the Director’s contract as suggested by the consultation group formed by the Head of the Finance and Administration Department.
