In June 2010 the 1992 Fund Excutive Committee decided to instruct the Director to develop, in conjunction with the experts engaged by the P&I Club and the Fund and taking into account any input from Member States, guidelines addressing principles of reasonable fishery restrictions, possibly in the form of amemndments to the Claims Manual.
