In October 2009 the Chairman of the 1992 Fund Assembly attempted to open the 14th session of the Assembly, but no quorum was achieved. In accordance with 1992 Fund Resolution No.7 the Assembly’s agenda was therefore dealt with by the 1992 Fund Administrative Council.
