In October 2008 the Supplementary Fund Assembly decided that the Secretariat, in consultation with the Chairmen of the four governing bodies, should present a proposal to the next session of the Assembly about the running of meetings and, in particular, the documents required, taking into account any appropriate legal and formal requirements.
