Decision ID: 003267

In October 1993 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee accepted a proposal by the Chairman that, in order to ensure a balanced discussion, the delegation of the Member State which had a direct interest in an incident should, during the Committee’s consideration of a claim arising out of that incident, be allowed to make only one intervention, after the Director’s introduction, whereafter the Committee would consider the claim; should questions be put to that delegation during the discussions, however, it would be allowed to respond.
