In October 1993 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee, noting the claimants’ disappointment at the Committee’s decision in June 1993 to reject claims for losses suffered by employees made redundant, decided that the question should be reconsidered if new evidence or new facts were presented to justify such a re-examination.
