In October 2005 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council endorsed the Director’s proposal to continue his efforts to pursue contributors in arrears and consider, on a case-by-case basis, whether legal action should be taken against a particular contributor or whether other steps would be more efficient, and to present a report on developments to the Administrative Council’s October 2006 session.
