In March 2005 the 1992 Fund Assembly approved the proposed revised oil reporting form and explanatory notes (which constituted an Annex to the Internal Regulations), which enabled, inter alia, States to indicate whether a report to the 1992 Fund should be considered also as a report to the Supplementary Fund.
