In March 2005 the Supplementary Fund Assembly endorsed the decision made by the 1992 Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council that the Supplementary Fund, the 1992 Fund and the 1971 Fund should have a joint Audit Body. The Assembly decided that, in view of the fact that all Supplementary Fund Member States would also be Members of the 1992 Fund, the Supplementary Fund Assembly should not hold elections of the Audit Body but instead leave that function to the 1992 Fund Assembly. The Assembly also endorsed the composition and mandate of the Audit Body that had been adopted by the 1992 Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council.
