In March 2005 the Supplementary Fund Assembly adopted Internal Regulations, including Regulation 8 on the denial of compensation due to non-submission of oil reports and the oil reporting and explanatory notes, which constituted an Annex to the Regulations. The Director was instructed to make the necssary amendments to the text so as to render it gender neutral.
