In March 2005 the Supplementary Fund Assembly decided to propose to the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) that the Supplementary Fund and IMO should conclude a co-operation agreement based on the corresponding Agreement between the 1992 Fund and IMO. The Assembly approved a draft Agreement, subject to the text being made gender neutral.
