In October 2003 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council considered what action should be taken against the 27 contributors to the 1971 Fund in arrears. The Council instructed the Director to concentrate his efforts on these contributors and consider, on a case-by-case basis, whether legal action should be taken against a particular contributor and present a report on the developments to the Administrative Council’s October 2004 session.
