In October 2003 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided, on the advice of the Investment Advisory Body, to allow the 1992 Fund’s assets to be invested through the purchase of Certificates of Deposit in addition to the current practice of placing them on term deposits. The Assembly therefore decided to amend Financial Regulation 10.4 (b) to reflect this change of policy.
