In October 2003 the 1992 Fund Assembly recalled that the Administrative Council had at its 1st (May 2003) session instructed the Director to explore ways of publishing the draft Technical Guidelines on methods of assessing losses of small scale (subsistence) operators in the fisheries, aquaculture and processing sectors. The Assembly decided to instruct the Director to submit a revised proposal to the next session of the Assembly, taking into account the observations made at the present session.
