In October 2003 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that the 1971 Fund should pay a flat management fee for the costs of running the joint Secretariat for 2004 set approximately at 10% of the joint administrative expenses. It was noted that the 1971 Fund Administrative Council had agreed to the same distribution at its 12th (October 2003) session.
