In October 1999 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that the normal due date for the payment of contributions and the date for the submission of oil reports should be amended to 1 March and 30 April each year, respectively, to allow Member States and contributors more time to carry out these functions. The Assembly decided to amend the Internal Regulations accordingly.
