In April 1997 the 1971 Fund Assembly and the 1992 Fund Assembly noted that some banks had maintained that there were certain ambiguities in Financial Regulations 9.2 and 10.5 of the two Funds. The Assemblies therefore decided to amend the respective Financial Regulations accordingly so as to remove any ambiguity.
