In October 1996 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that no consequential amendments to the Internal Regulations were required as a result of the decision to establish a subsidiary body to consider claims for compensation. However, in order that the Internal Regulations and Financial Regulations used corresponding terminology, the Assembly decided to make editorial changes to Internal Regulations 7.4, 7.5 and 7.8.
