In March 2006 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee noted that, in a judgement rendered in December 2005, the Commercial Court in Vannes had accepted a fish merchant’s calculation of his losses and rejected the Fund’s assessment. It was also noted that the Fund had not appealed against the judgement.
