In October 2005 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee, in responding to a question as to whether it was the competent body to address issues relating to the Fund’s claims policy, and noting the mandate of the Committee as set out in 1992 Fund Resolution No.5, decided that it was competent to consider such issues in respect of claims for compensation.
