In October 2003 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council, recalling that Texaco, which operated a terminal in Milford Haven, had commenced legal action against the Milford Haven Port Authority (MHPA) and Milford Haven Pilotage Limited, noted that an out-of-court settlement of Texaco’s action had been agreed between Texaco and MHPA.
