In February 2003 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee invited the Director to convene an extraordinary session of the Assembly during the week of 6 May 2003 to consider whether contributions should be levied for payment during the second half of 2003 to enable the 1992 Fund to make prompt compensation payments. It was noted that payments at an earlier stage could be made through the General Fund or by borrowing from other Major Claims Funds.
