In May 2002 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council noted that in December 2001 the Sunchon District Court had rendereda judgement in respect of a claim by a woman diver for alleged loss of earnings, which had been rejected by the Fund. It was noted that the Court had concurred with the Fund and had rejected the claim.
