Decision ID: 000471

In October 1995 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee noted that the shipowner’s insurer had agreed claims by the Region of Liguria, which included tourism promotion expenses. The Committee drew attention to the fact that it had considered that the items relating to promotional expenses were inadmissible and that they would therefore have to be met from the ex-gratia payment to be paid by the shipowner’s insurer.
