Decision ID: 000318
In February 1994 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee decided to postpone its consideration of claims by two public bodies in respect of unemployment benefits paid to individuals made redundant due to a reduction in work as a result of fishing restrictions and a claim by one of the public bodies for loss of income due to a reduction in contributions to the Social Security Fund by employers who had reduced their workforce. The decision to postpone was to enable the Spanish Government to submit additional information and to enable the Committee to consider the results of the deliberations of the Intersessional Working Group established by the Assembly on this issue.
