In May 1982 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee agreed that the 1971 Fund Assembly should consider a proposal by the Bahamas delegation that the definition of received oil under Article 10 of the Fund Convention should be interpreted so as to exclude oil received in storage tanks for the purpose of transhipment only and not for treatment.
