In May 1982 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee discussed the draft Claims Manual, and after adopting amendments, requested the Director to publish the Manual andd make it available to Members and observers of the Fund as well as interested persons and organisations, especially those considering making a claim for pollution damage against the Fund.
