In October 2013, the 1971 Fund Administrative Council decided to instruct the Director, in consultation with the Chairman of the 1971 Fund Administrative Council, to continue his discussions with the Spanish Government in respect of the Aegean Sea incident, in order to resolve that outstanding case and to report to the Administrative Council at its next session.
