In October 2012 the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to levy £10 million in respect of the Volgoneft 139 Major Claims Fund, the entire levy to be deferred, but subject to a decision by the 1992 Fund Executive Committee authorising the Director to make payments in respect of this incident. The Director was authorised to invoice all or part of the deferred levy set out above for payment during the second half of 2013, if and to the extent required.
