In March 2011, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to make changes to the template of the Director’s contract, as suggested by a consultation group formed by the Head of the Finance and Administration Department and discussed in a private meeting held pursuant to Rule 12 of the Rules of Procedure attended only by representatives of Member States of the 1992 Fund, former Member States of the 1971 Fund and the Audit Body.
