In July 2011, the Chairman of the 1992 Fund Assembly attempted to open the 16th extraordinary session of the Assembly but no quorum was achieved. In accordance with 1992 Fund Resolution N^o 7, the Assembly’s agenda was therefore dealt with by the 9th session of the 1992 Fund Administrative Council.
