In October 2009 the 1992 Fund Administrative Council, the Supplementary Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council endorsed the Audit Body’s proposal that the deadline for the submission of tenders by candidates for the position of External Auditor should be extended to 31 January 2010, that the resulting tenders should be submitted be 16 March 2010 and that the meetings between potential candidates and the Secretariat for the purpose of familiarisation should take place between the beginnning of January 2010 and the end of February 2010.
