In March 2008 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee decided that in accordance with the Assembly’s decision in the Nakhodka case, the conversion of 203 million Special Drawing Rights (SDR) into Korean Won should be made on the basis of the value of that currency vis-à-vis the SDR on the date of the adoption of the Executive Committee’s Record of Decisions of its 40th session, i.e. 13 March 2008 at the rate of 1 SDR = Won 1 584.330.
