In March 2005 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council adopted amendments to Rules 1, 4, 5 and 14 of its Rules of Procedure to reflect the co-existence of the 1971 Fund, the 1992 Fund and the Supplementary Fund and the fact that the 1971 Fund Convention was no longer in force and there was no longer a 1971 Fund Executive Committee.
