In March 2005 the Supplementary Fund Assembly considered that in view of the close link between the 1992 Fund and the Supplementary Fund, the 1971 Fund, the 1992 Fund and the Supplementary Fund should issue a joint Annual Report. The Assembly therefore proposed, subject to the agreement of the 1992 Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council, the publication of such joint Annual Reports. It was noted that the 1992 Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council had, at their 9th extraordinary session and 16th session respectively, agreed to the proposal to publish a joint Annual Report for the three Organisations.
