In October 2003 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council decided, on the advice of the Investment Advisory Body, to allow the 1971 Fund’s assets to be invested through the purchase of Certificates of Deposit in addition to the current practice of placing them on term deposits. The Council therefore decided to amend Financial Regulation 10.4 (b) to reflect this change of policy.
