In October 2003 the 1992 Fund Assembly instructed the Director to pursue his efforts to obtain outstanding oil reports, although it recognised that there was a limit to what the Secretariat could achieve by persistence. It was decided that the matter should be kept under review and that it should be brought to the Assembly’s attention every year.
