In October 2003 the 1992 Fund Assembly elected Mr Willem Oosterveen (Netherlands) as Chairman, Mr J Aguilar-Salazar (Mexico) as first Vice-Chairman and Mr Zafrul Alam (Singapore) as Second Vice-Chairman to hold office until the next regular session of the Assembly.
