In October 1997 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided, in view of the fact that the question of the auditing of the 1992 Fund would be discussed at the next session of the Assembly, to defer consideration of the 1992 Fund’s system of financial control, in particular the issue of whether the 1992 Fund should establish an Audit Committee, to that session.
