In October 1996 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that, in view of the close link that existed between the 1992 Fund and the 1971 Fund, in would be preferable for the members of the 1992 Fund’s Investment Advisory Body to be the same as those of the 1971 Fund’s and to have the same mandate. The Assembly adopted the mandate of the 1992 Fund Investment Advisory Body.
