In October 1996 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that the costs of running the joint Secretariat should, for 1997, be distributed with 70% to be paid by the 1971 Fund and 30% by the 1992 Fund. It was noted that the 1971 Fund Assembly had agreed at its 19th session to the above sharing of joint administrative costs.
