In October 1982 the 1971 Fund Assembly approved the accounts of the 1971 Fund for the financial period 1 January to 31 December 1981. The Assembly agreed that it was appropriate to review the Fund’s Financial Regulations and invited the Director to discuss possible amendments with the Fund’s External Auditor and to present a document to the Assembly for consideration at its October 1983 session.
