In May 2003 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee noted the Director’s assessment of the 1992 Fund’s exposure as at 23 April 2003, which in his view gave a significant safety margin to make it possible to increase the level of compensation payments to 100%, and further noted that he had therefore decided on 25 April 2003 to increase the payment level to 100%, as authorised by the Committee.
